Sorry its been awhile. My mom passed on St. Patrick's day, quite appropriate, so I've spent a lot more time in the Black Hills. My health has been good with a couple of little ups and downs.
Skied until the 1st part of June. Spent some time in the desert this fall waiting for ski season.
Will try to write a little more often

Happy Holidays

To my family and friends, Thank You for all the love and support this last year. You made all the bulls**t alot easier to deal with. May you have a fantastic New Year!

Early Skiing

Oct. Update

Time to catch up. After skiing in Chile in Aug. I took a break to the desert, check last blog, and missed Sept. skiing. Oct. brought good snow so time to start skiing again. Loveland early Oct.

Fall Update

Sept.
It's been awhile so I'll do a short monthly update. After my last show I went to the desert in Utah and did a little backpacking and camping. Spent part of the trip with my bro Gus and sis-in-law Laney and buddy Johnny Smokes. A good way to get ready for more skiing. Feeling good this month!

Location: Canyonlands National Park

August Turns
Sorry it's been so long but you know me I'd rather be skiing than type. With that thought in mind I joined two of my ski buds, John and Jack, and went to Chile to make some turns. Flew to Santiago and headed straight to Valle Nevado from the airport. No new snow for 4 weeks but made some turns anyway. It started dumping that night and woke up to 1 meter(40 inches) of new snow. Pretty cool except they don't get shit open like the states, still it beats working. For you skiers the resort is as big as Vail and all above tree line, nothing to steep. Anyway skied for a couple of days before the next blizzard another meter of snow. An avalanche closed the roads and resort so we had to stay and ski, bummer! Finally got out after a week and back to Santiago. Scary ride down!
The next day we went cat skiing, Ski Arpa, north of the city. The drive up there made the last ride seem like a walk in the part. Coming back scared the ever loving shit out of the 3 of us. It was all worth it, the skiing was out of this world!! Spent a couple of days seeing the sights in the city. Santiago is like a south american L.A. I like Buenos Aires much better. Met a lot of great people skiing, both locals and tourists like our selfs. I felt better than I have in a long time, guess the needle works. I inject HGH everyday and does it work. Who would have thought that I would like drugs on a daily basis. Yeah right! Anyway it was another great adventure.
Ciao, Craig

Good Evening

Thought I'd let you know that I added some new pictures down the side. As far as the health issue goes alot has changed. The cancer is supposedly gone but they can't say for sure for 2 years. The small part of the brain tumor that is left is dormant for know. Some would say so is the rest of my brain. The Cushing Syndrome will be back at some point but not at this time. They finally got my thyroid gland under control which has helped alot. The big news was finding out that I had no human growth homones which was really messing me up. After a long battle with the drug companies and my insurance, Dr. B and Paige, my nurse, got them to agree to give me a script. At the cost of $3,000 a month without insurance I see why only rich atheletes get it. The good news is the shit really works, the bad news is I need a shot every morning and it only lasts 24 hrs. When my insurance runs out so do the drugs, so I got 3 years to rock and roll. After that we'll see what happens. For know I feel frickin better than I have in a long time. Anyway check out my mantra at the top of the page and you will know were my head is. If you're so inclined, send your prayers out to the people who really need it, I'm cool!
Ciao, Craig
